Jared Searcy
President
Jared is one of the founding partners of Commercial Mechanical. Jared started in the mechanical industry in 1996 and completed a five-year technical apprenticeship, earned an AAS from SLCC and has simultaneously invested more than 23 years in the HVACR Industry with experience in service, installation, project sales, project management and construction management. He is a talented technician who has combined in-depth technical capabilities with his innate communication skills to, first, better understand the needs of his clients, and then provide solutions which more efficiently target specific needs. For these reasons, he has proven to be successful in several technical and administrative facets of the mechanical industry. Jared holds the professional licenses for, HVACR and general construction.
Jessy Green
VP of Operations
Jessy is one of the founding partners of Commercial Mechanical. Mr. Green worked as an installation and service technician for 10 years. After moving into a management position he has worked to coordinate man power, manage projects and supervise construction department activities.
AAron Roundy
Director of Finance
Aaron Roundy joined Commercial Mechanical as Director of Finance in July 2018. From 5/2012 – 6/2018 Aaron held positions at CCI Mechanical (Senior Accountant), Redd Engineering (Controller) and England Logistics (Director of Finance). Before his Accounting industry experience, Mr. Roundy spent 5 years with KPMG in Operations Management. Mr. Roundy leads our Accounting department and has strong understanding of Financial Statements and ensures Commercial Mechanical hits its budget targets and is profitable. Mr. Roundy also hold degrees in Accounting and Economics from the University of Utah.
